Today's Training:

Fat Bar Three Board Bench Press:

Work up doing five reps to a HEAVY 5.

Rest

Do another set of only THREE with that same weight

 

DB Chest Press:

Work up doing TEN reps.

Once the weight is heavy enough rest and do an additional set of 10.

 

Seated DB Shoulder Press: 

Work up doing EIGHT reps

Do this in small increments and move quickly from one set to the next.  We want you fatigued!!!

Rest...

Do another 8 reps

 

Bent Over Rows:

4x8x Heavy!!!  225+???

 

Push Ups: 200 reps

 

Curls for the rest of the time.

Don't go ape shit but get a couple sets in...
