I USUALLY am a good reader of how the participants in my program are doing, both physically as well as mentally.

You've seen people in the gym that seem as if something is on their mind and you want to help, but the normal razzing isn't working.

So you switch gears and try another approach.

That one doesn't work either?

Again, you give it a go trying to move people out of whatever might be bothering them.  I want people to leave in a better place than what they came like.

Well...I totally BLEW  it today.

NOTHING!  Nada, zilch, zero!

I kept digging a deeper and deeper hole.  I probably should have left it alone and not tried anymore regardless of the depth I dug myself into today.

I feel AWFUL that nothing I said could help.

Remember me saying, If you have the power to help someone or make them feel better, use the power?

DOPE!  Not so much today.

My only hope was that tomorrow will bring a bit more sunshine on the parade that I rained on!

Single Leg Squat off a 16" Box: 9x9x each leg

Bike:  Legs only  15 minutes
