After throwing everyone out on Friday, today was a MUCH better intensity day.
Instead of writing 100,000 different programs for all the special lil' snowflakes, we got back to the BASICS.
With everyone in the weight room on the same page, it was much easier for me to COACH proper technique and find weakness'.
What I realized Friday, I was pointing my finger at those that lacked concentration, intensity, and forgot about the three fingers pointing back in my direction.
As I looked back over the past year of training as we are coming to the end of the year with the Holidays right around the corner, I haven't given much in the way of "breaks". Nope, full bore, full on, full time. YIKES! That's a combo for disaster.
Since no one will actually do the mobility and stretching stuff on their own, (even if they say they do, they don't) I put it back in the plan.
No, we aren't regressing. We are simply going back to the BASICS of my program and making sure EVERYONE is on the same page.
