Mondays workout---These were strip sets (heavy Romanian deadlifts (20 pounds added) x 3, Seated Leg Curls x 8  reducing weight each set 3 reps on RDLS)

Didn't feel as explosive as last week BUT good work nonetheless

One arm cable row x 15 x 3 sets

This is pretty cool! All my clients have been doing awesome. this is very cool, 16 year old Paul Sanchez pulling 600 raw, 30 pound PR and he took his suit so really 75+
