We can get so caught up in our daily routines that we go on automatic pilot and leave it there for far too long.

Cows get up in the morning, walk along the same path everyday to go to the bathroom, then they walk back on the same path and what do you think they call it?  That's right, a "Cow Path".

It gets deeper and no wider over years and years of doing the same thing.

We do the same thing but we never get to see the deepening path.  We call it our infra structures and we may patch a part of the roadway that we travel daily but never see the actual big picture of the damage we create by doing the same thing over and over.

Imagine how deep our "Cow Paths" would be if it were't for the concrete and rubber tires.

Do something...ANYTHING....different right now!  Go OUT to lunch. Call a friend that you have been meaning to call.  TAKE YOUR MOM OR DAD out to dinner.  Have a glass of wine, go skinny dipping (in someone else's pool???)  Eat the dessert FIRST!  Do your sit ups first and throw in a set of curls.  I don't care...but do it NOW.

3. Battle Ropes: 10x25 alternating arms  count both arms as ONE

4. Inverted Versi Climber: 10x25
