1. 12 working sets of elitefts swiss bar pull-downs
2. Elbows Out Low Rows with Tsunami Comfort Grips - 2 working sets
3. Prone Bench Rows with Primal Bells (allows for higher elbow position) - 4 working sets
4. Deadlift with Chains - till I collapse
5. Pull-Overs - A few sets
