I dropped a table on my bare foot yesterday.  Normally I can ignore pain, bleeding, swelling, vaginal itch, ya know the normal stuff.   But this caused me to have a bit of a hitch in my giddy-up.

I decided to hold off on the normal zero dark-dark run with my pooch so as not to create any damage that I didn't see.

Yea, going forward I am not going to do that again.

This weekend the entire in law extended family is descending on Casa de Selkow.

My alone time is not so much for my own well being as it is for everyone else's.

No one is marked safe from me today.  This  is going to be a long weekend for sure...

Pull Ups: (bands as needed)

Dips: (no band)

Chin ups: (bands as needed)

Push Ups: (no band)

 

All exercises are 250 reps any way you want.  You can break them up into sets or just cumulate them.  You can also super set them, just get 250 reps in each before leaving the gym.

With any remaining time condition on any apparatus.
