Although my goal is "Immortality"  (and I PR that stuff everyday I wake up)  I have an appointment to take care of my Trust Fund and Last Will and Testament.

THAT is a sobering moment that everyone NEEDS to do, but I know for me, have put off until it became a loud in my ear, keep me up at night moment To Do!

Just get the stuff DONE that needs to be DONE!

Concept II Rowing: 20 minutes

OHP: Re establish a new 6 rep weight that is five to ten pounds more than last time.

Then Hit 3x10@60% of that weight

 

DB Front Raise: 3x10

Supinated Pulldowns: 3x10

Hammer Curl: 3x10

Width of the bench grip push ups: 3x10
