Never (and I do mean EVER) miss the opportunity to shut up and stay silent.

There a many times more often than not that I want to chime in on something with the sharpest of remarks.  I think in sarcastic come backs that are infinitely  more harsh than a normal nice person would consider.  However, at this time, I hold my tongue and let people percolate in their own stupidity and nonsense.

Alternating D.B. Shoulder Press: 3x15

Alternating D.B. Front Raise: 3x15

Rear Delt Destroyer:

First set= 1x60-40-20

Second set w/ same weights as the first= 1x50-30-10

Shrugs: 3x10

-Men add 20 lbs

-Women add 10 lbs

D.B. Lateral Raise: 3x15

B.B. Curl: 3x15

D.B. Hammer Curl: 3x15

"Run the D.B. Rack curls" 1 x

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
