Today's Training:

AirDyne: 33 minutes

Prowler: 8x120 yards

Floor Press:

Work up in reps of 5 to your Dynamic Weight

Once there, add on chain per side for singles until you get stapled.

Be sure to GRIND at least two sets!!!

 

DB Curl/DB supine Tricep extension:  8x10

Don't put the DBs down.  Move quickly between the two exercises non stop until ALL 8 sets are finished

 

Push-Ups: 200 reps in as few sets as possible
