When I design the day training, I keep in mind that some people have only a finite amount of time and then need to address their other obligations.

However, the age old saying..."I'm done when I'm finished" bears a lot of fruit.

As long as we are working sometimes a session will go over 60 minutes.  So...over 60 minutes we will go.

If a session gets completed in 45???  Soooo....????

I kind of dig it when people come in get their training completed and then pull up a bench or chair to just "hang out" and gym talk.

I like that people find it a comfortable place to air out what's on their mind.

PLUS +++  Some of the stories or concerns have some colorful beginnings and fruitful applications.

Don't rush it.  You might miss the good stuff.
