I know it's Saturday, but I'm back at a point where if I don't get up early and get outside and run, I'll make too many excuses not to later.

Excuses are USELESS!  Just get up and go.  Nothing to it.

When I stop at my stopping point so I can walk to my backdoor to cool down, I always think the same thing..."Man o Man, I feel accomplished.

April and Cooper went back to bed, (Yea, they kept me company this morning and we all had a nice chat while cruising.) and I am writing down my thoughts so I don't forget to do things about them as the day unfolds.

Bruce Lee once said, "If you put limits on everything that you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and life.  There are no limits, only plateaus. You MUST not stay there.  You MUST go beyond them"

Yea, it starts out uncomfortable, but you get use to it and it becomes the norm, until it becomes uncomfortable again and then THAT becomes the norm.

Today's Training:

Run: 5K

AirDyne Bike: 20 minutes  I've been getting about 5 miles on this daily.  I'm in no hurry to beat records or do better than last time, I simply want to add 20 minutes to my over all volume.
