Cable Fly: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

Push-ups: 275 reps in as few sets as possible

Bench: Work up to a heavy 8 reps

then in a second set at the heaviest weight do as many reps as you can.

Stretcher Push-ups: 3x33

Bike Commute: 38 mins.
