There's a new documentary out called "Screenager"  There is serious medical evidence as to why we need to keep our kids off the Electronic devices.  Seems that it is very addicting at a much higher level than previously thought.  The addiction is real, and we can see it in the lack of focus for these kids when they try to finish something they had started.

If you have kids or you are a kid yourself, you may want to take this under serious consideration.

 

I had to take the pressing motions away for the most part today.  The 500/500 push up and dips have taken their toll.  So today we did a lot of horizontal flexing for the pecs and some isolation shoulder work
