Whenever I put up two or three exercises you better count on it being f'n HARD!

Remember it's about F.I.T. Frequency, Intensity, and Time.

Since this workout doesn't take long, or is it wrapped around anything else, the Intensity needs to be HUGE. It's max effort after all.

Major ques for this workout were to "Sit the fuck back" and "Push your knees OUT!"

Nothing fancy. Nothing long. Just give it everything you have...

Max Effort Pause Squat: 4 rep max. Use a SSB Yoke Bar;

Sit back on a parallel height box and relax the hip flexors. Stay TIGHT everywhere else. A two or three-count pause between each rep.

Like in the song "Danger Zone", "take it as far as you can gooooooo..."

If your last rep in your last set sits on the "spotting rails" then you did it right.
