I wanted to do the workout I planned late last night to implement this early morning.  Many things jumped up to thwart that effort today, but I kept plugging along, taking care of the "urgent" while I attended to what was IMPORTANT for me today!

Training Today:

Run: 3.5 miles  I added a small loop to my early jaunt.

Chin Ups: 240 reps

Dips: 480 reps

Done in as few sets as possible.

My hands are hamburger, but it's ok.  Smooths out the callouses temporarily.

AirDyne: 20 minutes

Concept II Row:

5 minutes steady then 10x20/40

Suspended Knees to Elbow: 3x`12

Front Plank: 3x1 minute

Side Plank: 3x 30 seconds each side

BB Curl: 4x10

Rope Tricep Push down: 4x15

DB Hammer Curl: 4x10

DB Supine Tricep Extension: 4x15

Preacher Curl: 4x10

Dips: 4x15

AirDyne: 10x20/40
