Don't take this the wrong way.  I LOVE Monday's as much as I do any Friday or Weekend Day, but when you don't live by a clock and I THINK it's one day and it's another...It throws me for a bit!

Concept II X-C ski: 10x15 seconds all out.  (I actually pumped out one set at 1648 kgs...not bad...)
