So now that I have built and rebuilt what I think is a half decent gym over the last twenty years, now what? When I started the gym twenty years ago I was a much younger man, I had different ideas than I do now, different goals, more enthusiasm, more help etc. Now I'm turning 50 and I have no idea what to do with the gym, I have no plan for it's future (let alone the present). I know that's not good for any business so it kind of scares me.

Pretty much all I do now is, come here, work the desk, replace and repair shit that get's broken, make sure there is toilet paper in the bathrooms and keep the place relatively clean. I'm just not the go-getter with lots of ideas and enthusiasm that I used to be. The gym can't seem to afford to pay anyone enough to make them seem to give a shit if the gym makes money or not so it's 100% all up to me.

I really don't want to sell it because I really do always want to be a part of it, I just wish I had someone that I could pass on the torch to that was dynamic enough and had the energy to set it on the right path for the future.
