I was asked based on yesterday's log post about how I handle depression or even if I was ever depressed,  Here is how I think about things when in that state:

You're not to old

It's NEVER too late

and never be out of the fight.

 

This is one of my ways of  handling things when "down".

DB Lateral Raise

Cable Face Pulls

BB Curls

Hammer Curl

Concentration Curl

Dips

DB Supine Tricep Extension

Not much warmer Bike
