The only time losing is ok is when it's calculated.  I have chosen to lose an argument over losing a friend on quite a few occasions.

Split squat x 20

Rear Stepping Lunge: x 20

Momentum Squat: (enough oomph to carry you up onto your toes)x20

Walking Lunge: x20 each leg

Jump Squat: x20

All at body weight and as fast as you can get it done.

Chin ups: 100 reps

Dips: 200 reps

Done as quickly as you can following SUPER LEGS
