Shrugs: 4x8x STOOPID heavy.  My crew and I yanked at 600

GHR: 5x10

AirDyne: 12 minutes

Bike Commute: 17 mins.  I took my old faithful Road Weapon as my Mt. Bike is getting new bearing in the bottom bracket.
