Box Squat: 6 rep max

Forward Stepping Lunge: 30 reps each leg.

Keep the knee stable over the ankle joint.

GHR: 30 reps...no more than three sets.  I was done in one

12" Step Up Holding 30 lbs of cable resistance: 30 reps in no more than three sets.  I was done in ONE set EACH leg

Wide Mag Bar Pulldown: 30 reps @150 no more than three sets.  I was done in one set

C/S Row: 30 reps @45 in no more than three sets.  Took me TWO sets

Side Flex over the 45 degree back extension: 30 reps each side.  No more than three sets.  I needed two per side

AirDyne: 25 minutes

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
