To date...THE greatest conditioning tool ever made is STILL the Prowler in my opinion.

Pick a distance to push it.  Add weight, a shit ton of effort and GO!

The added benefit of Prowlering before the sun rises???

It makes you TOUGHER than if you don't push it.

AirDyne: 5 minutes Steady State; 10x15 seconds HARD/45 seconds recovery

 

Concept II Row: 5 minutes Steady State; 10x15/46

 

Prowler: 10x50 yards

 

Sprints: 10x50 yards@75%

 

Suspended Knees to Elbow: 3x15

Cable Ab Wheel:  By hooking up the Ab Pulldown Strap around the ab wheel handle, I could attach it to a low cable to add resistance to the exercise.  3x15x25 lbs
