It's been a while since I dedicated the teams to a conditioning work out only.

While total annihilation isn't the goal there is still something satisfying about seeing people push their cardio vascular limits.

Because I have so many Hockey Players in my program, I equate days like this to "not being able to get the puck out of your end".

Line shifts happen on a regular time interval, however there are times that mean a player has to stay on the ice.  Not clearing a puck will require extra stamina and you BETTER do your job!

The boys got a LOAD of it today!

 

Today's Training:

AirDyne: 21 minutes steady

then 10x 20-10-20

Prowler: 10x40

Foam Roll/Stretch

Bike Commute: 18 minutes
