I see things different.  Maybe it's because I don't dig too deep, or it might be that I see the deepest of the thought.  I can't be for certain.

Example, When a mathematical question like "If it took eight men ten hours to build a  wall, how long would it take four men to build it ?" presents itself, some would say twenty hours.  Figuring that half the manpower would take twice the length of time to meet the same objective.

However, I see that same question as it took no time at all, the wall is already  built when the first eight dudes did it in ten hours.  See?

So today when the question arose about the workout plan on the board was being negotiated, "I don't want to do this workout" (what I heard), my immediate response is "Go on home", this is voluntary and no one is twisting your arm.

But then, looking at how that participant reacted to "go home" as if to say, Go home you worthless P.O.S. I remembered "don't make people feel less because they CAN'T do more".

So it was easy to give the participant the second squat workout of the week early.

It did take some coaxing to bring that person out of the funk, but in no time we were back at throwing insults and having fun.

Lesson for the day:  Don't say the first thing that pops into your head, no matter how smart you THINK you are.

Walk in the other person's footprint to see how they are perceiving life at the moment.

Today add 134 more pull ups, because 4 pull ups were done after EVERY(stinking)Thing, and I miscounted on more than one occasion today.
