Took Sunday off and feeling like a raging bull!!

Great week last week and here is what I did Saturday for Active recover workout, was at a powerlifting meet all day with exception of this and take my boys to the park and a Chinese buffet in the evening

Temp runs 110 yards (moderate) Pace followed by 20 push ups, 15 sets, walk 110 yards back briskly to start--felt good

Have some more noteworthy clinet lifts to post but here are two this weekend

Shae Jones, 1911 Raw Total No Wraps @ 242 (this post injury) PR and 24 pounds within his PR this meet was scripted and we did exactly as planned, he will hit 2000 at chicago fit expo https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFTgaZ7Y3N1jruNfqFCeHmg (lots in tank)

The other was Joe Astorga https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMAGVqjj5Vk (about 200 pound PR total, this guy hit 1928 Raw, remember and watch him.....I am not one to make baseless claims but this dude is special!
