Cycle: Commute...it was really cold this morning. So much so the outdoor shower (that only has cold water) was warmer than the air temperature. So the ride in was knee-cap numbing.

DB Lateral Raise: 4x10;1x20

DB Front Raise: 4x10;1x20

C/S Rear Delt Raise: 4x10;1x20

Shrugs: 4x10;1x20

DB Curl: 5x10

Cable Tricep Pushdown: 5x12

Concentration Curl: 5x10

DB Supine Tricep Extension: 5x12

Cycle: Commute...yep it was still cold. LOL
