"If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you already have."  We've heard this countless times, or "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, expecting different results.

Some mornings it’s best to just fill the sink with coffee, dunk your head in it, and suck.

Do something amped up and different.  Change the way you wake up!

Brush your teeth from the backside first instead of the same way.

Take a different route to work.  Do something, ANYTHING different to begin A change.

Small changes at first, then amp IT up too.

But for change to happen, you have to LET things and or be willing to DO different things.
