You can start reading a book as one person and after you’ve finished it find yourself to be a whole different one.

Enjoy what you are reading.  If you don't like it, put it away or give it to the library.  No need to be miserable while obtaining many of the gifts reading has to offer.

Lastly,   Be OPEN to the possibilities that are inside each bound page.  Underline moving passages.  Ponder and actually let what you've read SINK IN!

I've been on some great adventures reading fiction.  I've let my mind wonder and become MORE creative.

Yes, Professional reading keeps you current, but image reading allows you to become ARTFUL!

Dead Lift:

Off two mats work up to a heavy TWO reps  (4" high)

Bent Over Barbell Row: 8x2@225

Blast Strap Row: 2 minutes worth.  You can rest in the extended position but bang out as many reps as you can no matter how awful you feel or how bad you want to quit...DON'T!

DB Curl: 4x10@30

Hammer Curl: 4x10@35

Dips: 300 reps

Bike Commute: Raced my boy home...12 minutes.  Probably one of the dumbest things to do.  He's ultra competitive and was taking risks on major roads that we shouldn't have.

High risk=Big time fun though...

"Ride or Die" he yelled as well as "if you ain't first Ricky Bobby you're last"

Where does he get this stuff?
