No need to compare yourself to another person, that person is the perfect person THEY are SUPPOSE to be.  You only have to be the perfect YOU!

That doesn't mean to be complacent with poor health, being weak, or a fat wide body.  NO!  It means do what you can to become the best YOU can.

But if you are reading this, you probably already are, you just didn't know it was Rule 29.
