I am often amused how some people will go out of their way to fuck themselves up.

Commonly found in the Strength and Conditioning field are those people that are making GREAT gains towards their goals and suddenly make a 90 degree turn.  They'll jump programs, or they will sabotage their nutritional programming, or they will flat out "take a break".  From WHAT?  For WHAT?

If the wheel is round and it's rolling along nicely, there is no reason to alter ANYTHING until it doesn't roll anymore.

I've been doing the same Conjugated Strength program for DECADES.  Except with a few minor alterations, it still works!
