We go out of our way to negotiate EVERYTHING.  When the opportunity presents itself and we agree on it, shake hands and commit to it, then settle down and get to "ownership" of it.

We get ourselves upset by trying to Renegotiate the "deal".  We either want to pay less, do less, get more.

Why?  It's not the DEAL you get.  It's the DEAL you THINK you get.
