I'm not sure who I was speaking with, but it was one of the "intellectual women" that pass through my gym.  It might have been Dr. Judy Metcalf or Padma Nalluri (perhaps both of them) but we broke down "A Day as if it were an entire LIFE".

In the morning you are born.  Through out the day you go through childhood, adolescence, then by noon you are a teenager, the afternoon becomes adulthood and into the evening you mature into old age.  When you go to sleep, you die...but without the commitment to death, only to be reborn the next day.

Think about that!  Each day you get to live your life over and change it the best way you see fit.

New beginnings to start it on a good note and a non committal death each evening to give each minute of your life a sense of urgency and importance.
