I read this one this morning.  I was going to write a Looooong coaching log today but thought better of it since it was going to discuss both politics AND religion.  I have recommended that others NOT do that and I was about to ignore my own advice.  Whew!  Dodged that bullet.

Today's Training:

AirDyne: 30 mins

Dynamic Bench:

8x5@50% of Tuesday's max wt.

Each rep needs to pause on the chest for a three count and THEN explodes up.

C/S Row:

4x10 with the weight used Wed.  Only this time separate the sets with 10 reps instead of going to the 40 reps in as few sets as possible.

Rope Tricep Pushdowns: 4x15x100

DB Lateral Raise: 2x30  Go for the HUGE pump

BB Curl: 2x30

Shrugs: 4x10x365

Bike Commute: 30 mins.

AirDyne II: 30 mins
