We have taken our Saturday practice out of the gym and put it on the field and sand in the park behind where I live.

On the Field Training Today (Conditioning) Both Tier I and II

1/2 mile slow ass jog

5x50 yards @50%

5x50 yards @75%

3x30 yard side shuffle to the left

3x30 yards side shuffle to the right

3x3 step side shuffle to the left/turn to the front and hit the gas to 90% for a total of 30 yards

3x3 step side shuffle to the right/turn to the front and hit the gas to 90% for a total of 30 yards

2x Three step back pedal turn to the right 180 degrees to the front sprint 90% 30 yards

2x Three step back pedal turn to the left 180 degrees to the front sprint 90% 30 yards

Jog 200 yards to the sand volleyball courts

From end to end:

5 x 50%

5x75%

Net back/full court suicides: 5x balls to the wall w/ a turn around at the net and back...full court and out

Bear Crawl end to end: 5 x eat sand!
