Quick in and out training today with my boy. We have a jammed packed day.
Incline DB Chest Press: 8x8x75
Flat DB Chest Press: 8x8x85
Low to High Cable Cross Over: 8x8x45

We have an hour until Lacrosse practice, then we need to "jet" to Hunter's on ice Skating lesson with one of the San Jose Shark's coaches. (benefit of being a Strength and Conditioning Coach w/ a history of hockey)
We then have some "In House" games, Two to be exact, tonight. Not that these are a big deal, but they are fun in that Hunter gets to practice his new skills he learned earlier in the day.
In between we will feed and I'll bug some people.
