I'm getting into the double rep and cut the sets in half routine.  Makes for a delightfully painful experience on my Back and Accessory day.

 

Here is is (if you aren't ready for it, just double the sets and cut the reps in half.)

DB Row: 2x50x50

Rack Scrape Row: 2x16x185

Cable "Swimmer" or finishers with Spud straps: 2x25x50

Cable Pulldowns: 2x16x180

 

Decline Skull Crusher: 2x30x65

Cable Push Downs w/ rope for Tricep: 2x30x100

Incline Cross Body Tricep Extension: 2x30x20

 

Shrugs: 2x20x405

Neck: 1x25x6.0  Something went "pop".  Not sure what this means.

Incline DB Curl: 2x16x25

Standing DB Curl: 2x16x25

Hammer Curl: 2x16x25
