Rule #1- Laugh a minimum of 12 time per day

Rule #2- Help at least ONE person per day.

This one is kind of easy for a person in my position.  I think I get to more than ONE per day, but if I had any other vocation, this would make at least one person just that much better.  Plus the payback is exponentially GREAT!

 

Today's Training:

Sumo Dead Lifts and Box Squat

Both were done to a PRE of 6-7 and three reps until that 60% or 70%

at that time, eight sets of 1 for the Dead and 6x2 for the squat.
