1. Laugh no less than 12 per day
2. Help at least ONE person per day
3. Learn something, ANYTHING new daily
4. Always carry a knife
5. Speak the truth when asked a question. (But be cautious of where you place your comma's)
Everyone should be allowed to tell another person what is on their mind, but there is a way to do it that doesn't cause issue.
Many a Holy War has been fought over the placement of a single comma in the Bible. "On this rock, Peter, I will build my church" vs. "On this Rock Peter, I will build my church". Knowing that Peter and Rock are synonymous the comma becomes of the utmost importance. You know, the whole Pope thing and stuff.
You can tell a person your OPINION as long as you state it as such and that you don't mean your conversation to be an idea change.
There are many things I listen to in a day that I give my opinion about, but not in a way that I try to change the other person's ideals or beliefs.
Lastly, I don't offer an opinion unless I am asked. Having two ears and one mouth gives the proper ratio that people need to adhere to.
When you talk to me, I listen FIRST and in it's entirety to what you say without thinking of a response. Only when you ask for it, do I formulate my idea to give you, OR...I may ask for a few more clarifications.

My low back felt AWFUL from picking weeds in my yard all day yesterday. It wasn't until I actually loaded 315+ on it, before it felt somewhat better.
Then I had my bud Al, throw the "Ex Wife" on it. I barked like a rabid dog, but it did feel better when he took it off.
