"Lean Out" KB Lateral Raise: 5x15 Hold onto a kettlebell with one hand. On the other hand, grab a blast strap and lean your rigid body at a 45-degree angle away from the blast strap. Let the KB hang straight down then lift to parallel with the floor to complete the rep, and return it to the perpendicular positon vs. the floor.

Shrugs: 5x10
