Women @12 inches

Don't just jump up and down.  This isn't a conditioning exercise.  This is a POWER exercise and you need to be EXPLOSIVE on the take off. I don't care how high you can pick your feet up as I am you accelerating through the triple extension.

Dynamic Effort Box Squat: 12x2 @ five pounds more than you used the last training cycle for this.  If you have no clue, take the weight you did for two reps last week and handle 50% + 5

Rep Box Squat: 3x10 + 5 lbs

GHR: 3x10

Bike Commute: 20 minutes

Sprints: 10x100 yards
