I have a couple follow up things that are now getting addressed from my illness back in December.

I need to fast today for a colonoscopy scheduled for  tomorrow.

I like to keep my sense or humor so I need to figure a way to write in flesh pencil on my butt a note to the Proctologist wishing him a steady hand and calm demeanor.  I'd also think it would  be funny to tell him "Good luck and if you find anything out of place, like my head, to please return it to it's proper spot?"  hahahaha...

Nothing like going to great ends for a practical joke...GET IT?  Practical end???? hahaHAhahahah

Today's Team Training:

Run: 4 miles

Bench: 2x2 then 50 reps in as few sets as possible

Men: 185

Women: 85-95

 

Push Ups: 5x12

DB Lateral Raise: 2x2 then 50 reps in as few sets as possible

Men: 40 lbs

Women: 15-25

DB Front Raise: 5x10

Run: 12 minutes

Bike Commute: 24 minutes
