I don't identify with "ever have a bad day?" because I tend to do things that brighten MYSELF up.

Everyone has crap to deal with.  At times it seems as if you are the only person ever that has an over abundance of shit to do...

When that sinking feeling of being overwhelm hits, I will go do a random act of kindness for someone and (here's the kicker...) TRY TO NOT GET CAUGHT!!!

Trust this one...it will make YOU feel better than the actual person having the act played out on them.

Today's Training:

OHP: 4 rep HEAVY  Strict no push press!!!

"Windchime" Overhead Press: Use a bamboo or hurricane bar and dangle a few plates or I used kettle bells (26 lbs and 18 lbs) using mini bands for the bounce.   4x10

DB Lateral Raise: 4x10

Medium Band Face Pull: 100 reps

Chin up/Dip Super set: 25 sets of 2 reps for the chin and 25 sets of 4 reps dips,   Do this as FAST as you can.  Take NO rest!

50 chin ups and 100 dips will be rifled off before you burp.
