I'm happy to see how well many coaches did last weekend.   They sent client programs, made the right tweaks, and were still able to make 50 posts to their IG ! Their acclaim, acknowledgment, approval, confidence, honor, merit, knowledge, skills, commendation, and praise has been noted.

Great job!

I'd like to take a moment to give special and true words of thanks to the forgotten ones. Those who competed- under the bar, up on the stage, and out on the field. Their bodies beat down from weeks of sacrifice, commitment, and pain. Pushing forward when everything they had told them to stop; their wallets flat from the cost of being and living as a strength athlete, and their relationships scarred from all the time away from loved ones.

I'd like to leave these coaches (athletes) with the words of Vince Lombardi:

“I firmly believe that any man’s finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle, victorious.”

In time- with effort, hard work, and social media, your fame will come.

A great coach will never have to BRAG about how good they are. Their results and athletes will speak for them.
