Today's Training was a KNEE buckler

Rep Box Squat: 5x10@ the same weight as last week's four sets

Then super set the following for Five Sets of 15 reps:

Box Squat (bar only) and Body weight split squat

Box Squat (bar only) and Body weight rear stepping lunge

Box Squat (bar only) and GHR

AirDyne: 10 minutes

Bike Commute: 20 minutes

Run:

5x100 yards after a warm up @ 75%
