I have always been a fan of "Old School" R&B when it comes to music.  I have also been a fan of "groove'n to the music" that comes on any particular station ESPECIALLY Old School R and B.  It's rhythm and it's bass reach my SOUL.

I use Pandora in the gym and yesterday was a day I just wanted to have the 70's Funk sound of Rhythm and Blues.  (check it out..."70's Funk)

I liked it so much, I kept playing it throughout the afternoon at my house too.

After charging the I Pad, I went this morning and LOW AND BEHOLD ...it was STILL the station that came up when I lit the Pandora light.  SO...Friday became another day of what I consider GREAT music.

While I was standing in place, my body started to do that rock and shoulder roll to the tune.

For years I've always danced.  Not one to be shy at the Jr. High ones I would scoot across the floor and ask the prettiest girl to dance.  No problem if she said NO.  I would move to her friend and so on.

My buds would say I looked stupid dancing, but I didn't care.  I wasn't dancing with any of them, AND the girls were across the gym.  I wanted to dance with THEM!

Eventually, the ice would break and we'd get to "hoof'n".

Anyway, the story with in the story brings us back to this morning, in which my feet began to move without moving my feet.  THAT is when I hear from one of my Collegiate athletes who is home for summer vacation, "HEY Coach!  You stay'n home."  Not a question but a statement.  I asked..."what did you just call it?"  He said, STAY'N HOME!  With the tilt to my head, he explained.  "That's when you can't wait no longer to get to a dance floor, and you just have to move where you are standing"

Ahhhh  HA!  That's it.  When you just have to get groove'n and you don't need anything other than the music and the space you are standing..You are "STAY'N HOME".  I liked that only by a LOT.

In between my dance moves today, I did 200 slow rep pull ups with straps so I could do the back work without jacking up my forearm.
