Breaking a habit isn't as hard as it has been made up to be.  We always attempt to change old ways.  Fight them.  Beat back the bad habit.

I becomes much easier if you change your focus on BUILDING the new habit.  Allowing change to take place.  Look for ways to make the positive work for you and forget the bad one.

It's simple...In a glass of milk there is a lot of whiteness.  Put one small spec of pepper in that glass and all of a sudden we forget all the whiteness and focus our gaze on that ONE blemish.  That tiny spec.

Granted if you are thinking about something, you can't automatically stop thinking about it.  You have to replace the thought.

Example...

Think about something RED.

You think a red light, a stop sign, Rudolph fucking nose...

Now STOP thinking about those things that are red (including the fucking nose)

Can't do it!

Now...think about something GREEN.

The go light

Trees

Football fields

St. Patricks Day...(I know...but you get my drift)

You replaced the red thought with a green one.

Focus on the NEW instead of fighting the Old!!!

The end of the month is around the corner and we've now split into "Tier" training.

Since there has been no further incidence of my work being "Pirated" I can go back to giving rep and set scheme but I won't put down the weight that I use.

I will only be logging "Tier I" training and those that have been selected for Tier II are under strict orders not to divulge the training as it is and will remain "Classified"  (If they tell you, they would then be forced to kill you)
