The summer is coming to a fast end. My college kids have roughly a week left before heading back to school. High School kids start NEXT Monday.
THAT one week per year that becomes "EMPTY" because everyone is taking vacation has already happened and I am the MOST summer of people on earth. Noooooooo!!!!
Luckily, the weather stays true right on up through the later part of November. Suffice to say... MY tropical vacation should be right about THEN.
Regardless of how I may feel about the summer, some people enjoy freezing their asses off, blowing snow, and what they will tell you about "cozy feelings", to which I respond..."Good for you and that you like to do that. I'm a grown up and I don't have to".
Truth...the less I care about something the less stress I feel. I like feeling stress free.
