Today marks Opening Day to this years summer vacation.  On top of all the normal kids back from College, we now have the high schools and middle schools out and kids are swarming in.

My own son is now in Football Camp and wants to play (now get this.  As IF....)  Linebacker.  Hahahahahahah...go figure, right?

We go back to the local high school in a few hours for Swim Team.  This is going to be a KICK ASS summer.  Full tilt!

 

BB Overhead Press: 5x12x55

Suspended Knee Ups: 4x15

Face Pulls: 3x15x70

Bench: Work up to a hard 5 reps, then do 4 more sets for a total of 5 sets of 5 reps at the heavy weight.

Cable Lateral Raise: 3x30x20

Incline DB Bench: 4x10x75

4 way neck: 1x25x5.0

Lower Body Plank Pendulums: 3x10

Side Flexion using the 45 degree back extension: 3x10

Sprint/Kettle Bell Swing Combo: 8x50 yards/15 KB Swings...walk back to start as rest period.
