Narrow Grip (one finger away from the smooth) 2 Board Bench: Work up to a heavy (not crushing) single rep.

Drop down to 225 or roughly 50% and hammer out 5 sets of 10.

Cross Body Single Arm Tricep Extension: 3 sets of 15 reps  Not necessary to rip up your elbows, but challenge them a little.  I used a 30 lb DB

Duo/Poly DB Chest Press: 3x15

On any given bench day, you have to ask yourself..."would Vincent go up?"  To which is simply answered..."Duh yea"

Mini Band Pull a parts: 2 sets of a bajillion.  Looking for intense trap and shoulder burn.
